Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing of project specification and requirements and to generate Analytical Products, MRO, Systems & Solutions project proposals for customers and Local Business Partners within Asia Pacific.

 

• Provide technical solutions and product application assistance to meet the specific needs of customers.

 

• Response to customers’ technical clarifications and attend meetings with customers if required for clarification purposes.

 

• Support sales and business development team on sales quotation and system proposal.

 

• Manage customer warranty, site service claims and coordinate with service team for any site start up and commissioning.

 

• Work closely with CSC Manager on Customer Service functions, objectives and initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas or Analytical and Instrumentation industry.

 

• Able to work confidently and independently with minimum supervision.

 

• Able to demonstrate oneself as a team player.

• Ensure proper documentation for all product and cycle time management for product.
• Prepared piece part quotation based on customer information and study technical requirement for new process.

Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or Equivalent
• Must have at least 2 years similar working experience in a plastic injection molding industry
• Minimum 2 Years of experience in process engineering; Experience in quality engineering is an added advantage
• Conversant in Process Validation, SPC, Quality Audit, Control Plan, FMEA
• Familiar with ISO standards
• Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
