Legal Executive

Responsibilities:
-Perform legal research work from time to time and advise on new and forthcoming legislation and -regulation.
-Draft contract, agreement, policies and other legal and non legal documents.
-Review contracts, agreements and any legal documents from time to time, as and when necessary.
-Assist and support the Senior Managers in all areas of work from time to time, as and when necessary.
-Liaise with external counsels and government officials from time to time, as and when necessary.
-Ensure all contracts, agreement and any legal documents are properly documented and relevant approvals have been obtained prior to execution.
-Support and manage an organized filing system.
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess a recognised Bachelor's Degree in Law.
-Candidate must be able to write and communicate fluently in English.
-Candidate must have at least three(3) years experience in a corporate environment.
-Candidate must be mature, proactive, meticulous, organised and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
