Safety, Health And Environment (SHE) Executive - Unilever (M) Holdings Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
• Re-establish the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements based on Unilever FrameWork Standard in Rawang factory.
• Monitor the compliance of legal and other requirements in Rawang factory.
• Responsible in implementation of SHE initiative and activities in Rawang factory e.g. SHE Days/week, Environmental campaign, etc.
• Work with plant engineering and production to achieve the Unilever Sustainability Living Plan (USLP) target in Rawang.
• Monitor the Safety Engagement (SE) cards and update the actions closure in Rawang factory.
• Assist in incident investigation and recommend actions in Rawang factory.
• Conduct inspection/Safety Behaviour Observation (SBO)/deep compliance audit in Rawang factory.
• Conduct training/sharing session with factory employees in Rawang factory.
• Ensure the contactor fulfil our SHE requirements while they working in Rawang factory.
• Any other duties as and when required by the Superior.

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Occupational Health/Safety) or Certificate of Occupational Safety & Health.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Safety, Health and Environment field, preferable in food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
- Understand and experience in implementing OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Familiar with Malaysia SHE Legal Requirements such as OSHA 1994, Uniform Building By-Law, FMA1967, Fire Service Act and EQA1974.
- Registered Safety & Health Office with DOSH is an advantage.
- Effective spoken & written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with staff at all levels.
