Academic Secretary - Dalat International School Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
- Academic administration and coordination;
- Personal assistant to the principals;
- Communicating and liaising with staff, parents, students and other stakeholders;
- Organizing and coordinating academic events and functions;
- Ancillary roles: front office support.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Education/Teaching/Training, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Secretarial or equivalent;
- Required skill(s): MS Office;
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English;
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent;
- Positive thinker, good social skills, good communicator, self-starter;
- Full-Time position(s) available.
