Proposal Engineer (ANALYTICAL/201309/03/SG)

Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing of project specification and requirements and to generate Analytical Products, MRO, Systems & Solutions project proposals for customers and Local Business Partners within Asia Pacific.
- Provide technical solutions and product application assistance to meet the specific needs of customers.
- Response to customers’ technical clarifications and attend meetings with customers if required for clarification purposes.
- Support sales and business development team on sales quotation and system proposal.
- Manage customer warranty, site service claims and coordinate with service team for any site start up and commissioning.
- Work closely with CSC Manager on Customer Service functions, objectives and initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Chemical or Instrumentation Engineering preferably with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas or Analytical and Instrumentation industry.
- Able to work confidently and independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to demonstrate oneself as a team player.
