PURCHASING ASSISTANT
AMPANG SUPERBOWL MALAYSIA
Responsibilities
- To execute and support purchasing activities to ensure smooth running of operations.
- Coordinate the procurement and purchasing activities to ensure on time delivery.
- To liaise with the company's branches on their purchasing matter.
- To maintain good filing and record keeping of documentations.
- To obtain fair and reasonable quotations from various suppliers.
- To maintain the latest price listing of items purchased for further reference.
- To monitor the stock balance of inventories in company's warehouse.
- Any other ad hoc responsibilities.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience.
- Good command both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good negotiation and communication skills, responsible, committed and results-oriented.
- Computer literacy and experience using MYOB software would be and added advantage.
