Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities
• Generate qualification plans for process changes in assembly subcontractors
• Provide risk assessment for Manufacturing-related quality and reliability issues, customer quality issues and qualification failures.
• Support Manufacturing Change Action Board by providing reliability qualification plans, data and analysis, assessment for proposed changes.
• Work on continuous improvement projects for Reliability Engineering
• Provide risk assessment for Manufacturing-related quality and reliability issues, customer quality issues and qualification failures.

Requirements
• B.S. degree preferably in electronics, physics, material science/engineering, or metallurgical engineering.
• 2 years working experience in Reliability Engineering or Reliability Lab operations. 2 years experience in Product Engineering, and Quality Engineering may also apply.
• Knowledge in Environmental Stress Tests and related Failure Mechanisms, reliability testing, life prediction, statistical analysis, reliability industry standards (AEC, Jedec, Mil) is an added advantage.
• With good understanding of semiconductor physics, wafer fabrication, IC assembly and test processes.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must possess good analytical and decision making skills.
• 2 years working experience in Reliability Engineering or Reliability Lab operations. 2 years experience in Product Engineering, and Quality Engineering may also apply.
