Responsibilities
Negotiate and deal with all parties involved in sales and rental of properties
To provide excellent sales and customer service
To carry out continuous market survey in order to provide latest update
To execute marketing plans and follow-up sales
Requirements
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, any field.
Required skill(s): General computer knowledge.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
No work experience required.
Full-Time and Part-Time position available.
Possess own transport
Above 18 years old
Positive working attitude
Self-motivated
Self-discipline
Possess the Passion and drive to succeed in property
Willing to Learn attitude
Able to communicate well with Clients
Able to attend classes conducted twice weekly
