Responsibilities
Container Stuffing
- Supervise the container stuffing for critical customer.
- Provide feedback to Production on non-conformance detected during container stuffing.
- Request for action plan and follow up.
- Monitor and analyse for improvement.
Overinspection
- Overinspection on off take tires and provide report.
- Overinspection on condition of transportation and provide report.
- Overinspection on suspected tire at warehouse and provide report.
- Overinspection on new defective (zero Km) tires and provide report.
- Communicate, request for action and follow up.
- Monitor and analyse for improvement.
Training for service provider
- To provide training to warehouse service provider on CST PJ requirements if required.
- Control the QMD related to Warehouse management.
Warehouse Control
- Perform warehouse inspection or audit and provide report.
- Communicate on non-conformance, request for action plan and follow up.
- Monitor and analyse for improvement.
Viewer validation
- Perform tires visual inspection on the viewed tires for selected viewer
- Communicate the result of validation.
- Initial corrective action request if required, follow up on action.
- Monitor and analyse for improvement.
Tire Adjustment
- Coordinate weekly adjustment tires inspection at RIC.
- Review on some "Zero Km" tires from adjustment.
- Communicate, request for action plan if required, follow up.
CTD Measurement
- Perform weekly CTD measurement.
- Communicate and any "B" and "C" result.
- Help to drive for CTD excellence.
Internal Quality Audit
- Perform Internal Quality Audit as per schedule.
- Issue non-conformance report if any.
- Follow up on the action plan, closed non-conformance with evidence.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Others), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
