Office Manager - Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng
Responsibilities
Admin:
- Manage daily operations of a variety of office services to ensure the organization's current and future admin needs are met
- Oversee the functions of front-desk, mails, filing systems, pantry orders and stationeries
- Effective control over fixed assets and inventories
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts and equipment procurement
- Liaise with clients, government agencies and other external parties
- Oversee the daily upkeeping of office
- Admin support to Directors
- Any other administrative functions as and when required
Audit
- Appointment & Resignation of Auditors
- Proposal preparation & Firm Profile
- Master Client List - Maintenance
- Firm & Partners - Professional / Licence Matters
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant working experience at managerial level
- Leadership qualities, self-motivated, independent and a good team player
- Good communication skills
- Pleasant and matured personality
- Enjoys working in a people-oriented environment
- Strong written and communication skills
