LOGISTIC COORDINATOR - WIKA Instrumentation (M) Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
- Work with Logistics Department to provide logistical support
- To assist Superior in daily shipment updating / on time delivery data records
- Generate shipping documents such as Delivery Order, Packing List, Proforma Invoice
- Responsible to attend incoming calls regarding delivery of Customer's order
- Responsible for shipment incoming / outgoing arrangement
- Coordinate with supplier to ensure on time delivery expediting process
- Other general administrative support duties as assigned
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related field
- Knowledge or background on ERP system is added advantage (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Minimum 2 years in an office environment

History
WIKA Alexander Wiegand GmH & Co KG (Headquarter in Germany) was founded in 1946. Today, more than 50 years later, WIKA as one of the most important market leaders is leading the way to the future through innovative development of pressure & temperature measuring solutions.
