Product & Project Engineer

Responsibilities
- Coordinate New Awarded Project products development and production line setup till release to mass production
- Ensure proper project schedule tracking and update project status to customer
- Design and implement optimum engineering processes through the use of DFM, FMEA, and Control Plans
- Coordinate and ensure proper implementation of ECN
- Generate, maintain, and ensure 100% accuracy of BOM/BOL into the InforLN system
- Review the process flow to enhance quality and productivity through Best Practices Assembly , Jigs & Fixtures Design Concepts, Error Proofing and WI Processes
- Review FAI to verify and ensure parts conformance to customer requirement
- Assist QA on technical aspect on Customer Complaints for Quality through CAPA, 8D, and 3 x 5 Whys
- Ensure proper documentation for all product and cycle time management for product.
- Prepared piece part quotation based on customer information and study technical requirement for new process.
- Compliance and maintaining of housekeeping any time
- Perform other duties as assigned from superior
Requirements
- Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or Equivalent
- Must have at least 2 years similar working experience in a plastic injection molding industry
- Minimum 2 Years of experience in process engineering; Experience in quality engineering is an added advantage
- Conversant in Process Validation, SPC, Quality Audit, Control Plan, FMEA
- Familiar with ISO standards
- Critical thinking, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
