Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide support on full spectrum of Human Resource Management covering acquisition and retention, employee relation, training & development, compensation & benefits, staff welfare, expatriate matters and etc.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining employee-related policies and procedures, aligned with HQ HR strategy
- Assist in recruitment activities
- To handle employee attendance record and prepare report
- Ensure all records and data pertaining to staff i.e. confirmation, transfer, resignation, promotion and others are correctly recorded and updated
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the Superior.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in Human Resource.
- Good command of Mandarin (must), English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- To complete task assigned within tight deadlines without compromising work quality
- Computer literate
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Good time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and dealing with conflicting priorities.
- Willing to work in Ipoh

As part of the CSR Group’s continuous commitment endeavour to Malaysia’s railway industry, CSR Rolling Stock Centre (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a sprawling 42-acre manufacturing base located in Batu Gajah, Perak Darul Ridzuan, providing a wide range of solutions such as production, welding, assembly, testing, overhaul and refurbishment of railway systems including locomotives, MRT, EMU, LRT and other forms of railway transport equipment.
The first phase of the project, expected to be completed by August of 2014, will be built with the capacity to produce 100 to150 carriages and overhaul about 150 carriages annually.
