Responsibilities
- To be able to calculate the cost of construction for projects tendering based on tender drawings and documents,including sourcing of suppliers and sub-contractors where necessary.
- To prepare claims and final claim to the Architect/Client.
- To evaluate and recommend on sub-contractor's interim and final claims.
- To administer and coordinate site orders of materials and machineries where necessary.
- To perform quantity take off as and when required.
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Survey in Civil Engineering or its equivalent with minimum 3 years' relevant working experience in C&S construction.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- 3 Full-Time positions available.
