Officer - Quality Management - AEON Co. (M) Bhd.
Responsibilities
- Incharge to lead Food Safety and Hygiene Officer (FSHO) team from store, compile monthly review.
- Compile customer complaint on Food (NB) and follow up with the investigation on the complaint.
- Improve store food safety and hygiene system, such as expired date checking.
- Improve food safety and hygiene system in canteen, food court and The Egg House.
- Assist in apparel manual checklist developement.
- Follow up HALAL system and data update (Store level), ensure HALAL training on going. Liase with store HALAL executive to ensure comply to the MS 1500:2004 requirement.
- Arrange necessary orientation program for new FSHO and related training for all FSHO.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, however fresh graduates are also encourage to apply.
- Candidates who have working experience with company that provide food industry services, quality assurance/ checking are also encourage to apply.
- Must be familiar with HALAL issues, food quality control and dealing with government body like JAKIM and etc.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Maluri,Cheras.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Food Technology/Nutritionist or equivalent.

Monday to Thursday : 8.30 am to 6.30 pm
Friday : 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
