Sales Coordinator - Continental Tyres PJ (M) Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
- To ensure efficient office administration in compliance with company policy and SOP for the branch.
- Stock replenishment.
- To liase with Sales & Pricing Department on tender quotation.
- To prepare banker acceptance for major dealers to present to bankers for payment.
- Issue invoice adjustment for price
- Attending to all sales calls & provide service to dealers/ customers.
- Update daily sales & salesman order into SAP.
- Update sales analysis from markis for sales team every week.
- Claim tyre – price & freight checking for claim tyres & issuance of credit note upon approval from customer service.
- Issuance of all the debit note & credit note for goods return.
- Issue & monitor internal return docket.
- Issue & monitor material return to other plant due to shortages or wrong material received.
- Proposing to credit control releasing credit limit upon receipt of clearance of outstanding payment.
- Filling record such as invoice, credit note, debit note, statement & account collection every month.
- To assist in clerical jobs where necessary.
Requirements
- Preferably diploma holder in Business Studies, Marketing or Economics.
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in a tyre manufacturing environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and interactive skills.
- Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and self motivated.
- Able to meet deadline and positive attitude.
- Preferably converse in Mandarin.
