Senior Executive of Research & Policy - Youth Trust Foundation
Responsibilities
Primary
- Assist in producing research plans for the Foundation by identifying and documenting internal research requirements covering: the Foundation's stakeholders and the Foundation's programs/products
- Plan, manage and conduct surveys for the Foundation
- Design survey questionnaires/survey forms
- Collate, tabulate, interpret and present research data, generate research reports, and make actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- Represent the Foundation at our own seminars, conferences, programs, and other public events as well as events organized by other organizations
- Facilitate field work and assist in other research activities at urban poor areas
- Assist in research, write and prepare a range of papers, reports and submissions for publication on a broad range of topics relating to Malaysian youths and the Foundation's programs
- Product analysis for internal consumption and value add Research product development
- Manage, support and continuously improve programs/activities related to Foundation
- Develop publications on the Foundation’s programs
Secondary
- Assist other units in the Foundation to implement programs and events;
- From time to time, conduct relevant research for strategic Foundation’s development matters;
- To support and help the Capacity and Capability Development unit in doing / conducting research on Malaysian Youth; and Perform related work required by the Research Dept, GM and CEO.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Research or equivalent
- Skills on research methodology, report writing and presentation
- Committed and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year of working experience in the related field
- Experience working in a non profit organization will be an asset
- Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
- Possess own transport and valid driving license
- Willing to travel outstation on regular basis
