Chrisjac is seeking for our client Car Rental Supervisor and Assistant to be based at Sarawak and Sabah.
Car Rental Supervisor
Salary: RM 2000-2800
Job location: Based in Kuching, Bintulu, Miri (Sarawak), Kota Ki\nabalu (Sabah)
Requirements:
Malaysian, Male.
Minimum qualification: SPM or Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering, Business or any other field of study..
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English and bahasa Malaysia.
Applicant must be willing to work on shift and on weekends and public holidays.
The job:
Manage and oversee the branch operations and promote the company's range of services.
Provide front line customer service,assist customer and staff to meet customer's needs.
Develop new customer base and maintain good customer relationship by ensuring efficient and reliable service.
Ensure company's vehicles and assets are properly maintained, clean and comply to all regulatory requirements.

1-2 years of working experience in customer service job.
Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Computer literate.
Possess a valid driving licence.
The Job
Provide front line customer service and deal with customers face-to-face and via telephone
Opening and closing of rental agreements perform checking in and out of vehicles.
Perform delivery and collection of vehicles,including attending to breakdown and replacement vehicle to customers.
Perform chauffer service using company vehicle to customer.
Attend to enquiries of company's products and services.
Salary: RM 1800-2200
