Customer Service Executive - Malacca/ Muar Branch - Hong Leong Assurance Berhad
Responsibilities
- To provide counter service on any requests, enquiries or complaints lodged.
- To perform the following tasks & any other tasks to be decentralized to the branch from time to time.
- Scrutinize all forms & prepare AML checklist before submission to HQ.
- To perform the OTCP within branch authority limit within the branch operation SCB.
- To perform the branch decentralize job within the branch operation SCB.
- To ensure prompt process of all types Data Entry (Financial and Non-Financial) – within SCB 2 working days.
- To ensure close follow up with customers or agents on outstanding requirements & pending cases with HQ on all Financial and Non-Financial Alterations.
- To ensure close follow up with PAD HQ on the branch submission that yet to be processed by HQ.
- To ensure prompt sorting and distributing of daily incoming mails to agency force. To ensure the documents are recorded & inserted into the correct locker to avoid documents missing.
- To ensure proper filing of all cc branch documents and are kept in a prope labeled file.
- To process promptly the Premium Confirmation Letter and Income Tax Letter as per agents or policyholders request.
- To prepare PAD Monthly statistics report.
- To post all the letters & Endorsements to customers promptly.
- To ensure prompt sorting & distributing of weekly & monthly listing to the Agency force. To ensure the listing are inserted into the correct locker to avoid documents missing.
- To periodically have discussion with branch executive to communicate and give feedback on customer services & PAD issues and to look into process improvement and internal control from time to time.
- To escalate or report & highlight on customer complaint to branch executive immediately.
- Follow up the outstanding and pending cases with HQ / agent.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Malacca Branch.
- Preferably chinese speaking candidate.
- Candidate with life insurance background is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
