Cold Storage Apprentice - GCH Retail (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Responsibilities
- This position is to provide relevant work exposure for the candidate to have a future role in our organization.
- There is an opportunity to be a retail expertise both in operations and management.
- Come join us and develop your talents and leadership at Cold Storage Supermarkets.
- You will undergo an intensive 9 – 12 months induction programme covering the principles of operation and management that we will train you the business strategy and groom you to be the future Supermarket Manager.
- Potential candidates will be required to manage the Non-Halal section
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel or Retail Management only.
- Preferably female candidate within age range of 25 years old is encouraged to apply.
- Proactive, open-minded and self-motivated with a high sense of urgency and responsibility.
- Dynamic and tactful personality, high degree of professionalism and integrity with excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills.
- Meticulous, analytical and able to work independently in a challenging working environment as well as possess good time management skills.
- Must be able to work long hours, weekends and Public Holiday if required, ability to work and perform under pressure and able to meet tight deadlines.
