Responsibilities
o Inspect and regulate the quality of processes involved in production process
o Make sales call and respond to customer enquiries
o Understand customer needs and match them with the organisation’s product range
o Promote organisation’s products and recommend the suitable product types
o Participates in product presentation
o Provide technical advice and coordinate customer needs with organisation’s customer support group
o Achieve targets set by company
o Forecast sales monthly, quarterly and yearly
o Research on the market and strategize accordingly

Requirements
o Tertiary level in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Sciences and Life Sciences disciplines
o Excellent sales skills with proven track records
o Excellent product knowledge
o Must have experience in Mass Spectrometers or capital instrument sales
