Account Manager - Uzma Engineering Sdn Bhd
Responsibilities
• Accountable for operational account targets ensure the growth and profitability of accounts
• Accountable for operation business administration, payment, billing, collection.
• Assist in business development in tender/bidding process and any ad hoc assignment.
• Build and maintain network at target customers with regular meetings/social events
• Manage complaint from client and consultant
Project tender function
Assist in preparing of tender & formatting of CVs
Collection or submission of tender
Assist in COE Registration and Work Order

Business Operation function
Create Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
Accountable for consultant placement (include work permit application, mobilize / demobilize, medical check-up, Insurance registration, OSP, BOSET and PPE) with the assistance from support
Responsible for consultant mobilization/demobilization, tax clearance and work permit renewal/cancelation with assistance from work permit agent/ coordinator.
Manage cost controller, support staff and coordinator to achieve assigned KPI target.
Responsible to prepare Account Operation Report
Identify the bottleneck of account turnover ratio and output next action plan with measurable timeline

Finance and Administration function
Responsible for invoice supporting documents (time sheet) collection.
Responsible for payment and billing advice with assistance from operation support
Ensure timely payments to consultants
Ensure business administrative logs are maintained and compile end of month accruals.
Responsible to hold the account invoicing and collection meetings
Liaise with finance on SuS and assist in collection problems
Fully maintain and update consultants database
Fully maintain cost unbilled below threshold
Follow up on draft invoice and trade receivable with client
Manage & send payment voucher and pay slip to consultants and vendors

Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas), Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Dependable with good responsibility and sense of ownership.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work in team.
- Willing to learn and work beyond the job scope when necessary
- Full-Time position(s) available.
